The "Get Moving" Challenge is designed to help you make something important a little more fun. As you log more time moving see your scores go up on the leaderboard. Can you hit 10,000 points in 6 weeks? That's a great first milestone for a group. Good Luck!

Click on the tracker link below or from the menu listed under "Challenge Yourself" from this site (look for 3 grey bars on the top L of the screen).

Follow the on-screen instructions and look for an email from the system

Check the leaderboard (link below) to see how you're faring.
